Defining the DOMA Luxe Experience
At DOMA Luxe Properties, we curate a collection of furnished homes designed for comfort, style, and ease. Each residence is tailored for families and professionals navigating life’s transitions, from temporary relocations and home renovations to extended business stays or recovery after unexpected events.
Rooted in the word “Doma,” meaning “home” in Russian, our name reflects our purpose: creating spaces that feel intentional, welcoming, and refined, because true luxury is found in the feeling of belonging.
Founded by David Kamenetsky, a real estate professional fluent in Russian with deep family ties to both Russia and Ukraine, DOMA Luxe Properties was built from a personal understanding of what “home” really means.
Since 2022, David’s commitment to hospitality and heartfelt design has guided our mission: to make every stay feel both effortless and meaningful.
To provide more than shelter, we strive to bring stability, security, and peace of mind when it matters.

David Kamenetsky
Founder & CEO
After earning his degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, David built a distinguished career in real estate with a strong foundation in property management. His professional journey includes working for a prominent real estate developer and handling investment sales for elite investors in the San Francisco Bay Area, giving him a unique blend of market insight and operational expertise.
Beyond his work, David values time spent with community, biking along the scenic Bay Trail, and skiing during the winter months. Residing in the East Bay Area, he often takes the ferry to explore San Francisco, discover nearby hiking trails, and indulge in some of the Bay Area’s diverse dining experiences.
Tania Orellana
Leasing Specialist
A native of South America, Tania moved to the United States to pursue higher education and earned a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University in College Station.
Since then, she has built a versatile career in real estate, gaining experience in managing rentals, corporate buildings, construction projects, and retail centers, along with a background in banking.
Outside of work, she is a passionate cat rescuer who fosters cats in need. She also enjoys playing soccer, staying active at the gym, running, and traveling.
Alejandra Antelo
Property Coordinator
With a strong foundation in real estate and project management, Alejandra has cultivated extensive knowledge through years of leadership roles in both the hospitality industry and the real estate rental sector.
Her educational background and Master's degree has equipped her with a deep understanding of operational excellence, customer service, and property oversight.
In addition to her industry experience, Alejandra possesses advanced skills in data analytics and operational strategy, enabling her to optimize processes, identify efficiencies, and ensure seamless day-to-day management.
Vanessa Guillen
Booking and Onboarding Specialist
With a master’s degree in marketing and a decade of diverse experience in operations, client service, and event planning, Vanessa excels at creating organized, efficient, and welcoming experiences for clients and guests alike. She holds a degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
In her multifaceted role at DOMA Luxe, Vanessa drives business growth by identifying and onboarding new properties—managing the entire coordination process from research and initial contact through listing. She simultaneously spearheads marketing efforts and acts as the Booking Specialist, managing all incoming leads from booking platforms, proactively following up with prospective tenants, and negotiating new bookings to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Her international background and sharp attention to detail make her a valuable asset, maintaining the high standards DOMA Luxe Properties is known for. As a true Sagittarius, she is curious by nature and loves exploring new places, music, and capturing moments through photography in her free time.
Bruno Corrales
Property Operations and Leasing Support
Bruno has built a strong professional foundation across multiple industries. His career includes extensive experience in property management, where he developed skills in tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and ensuring the smooth operation of residential and commercial properties. He also gained valuable experience in water damage restoration, working hands-on with emergency response, structural assessment, mitigation procedures, and project oversight.
In addition, Bruno is a dedicated volunteer firefighter. This role demonstrates his commitment to community service, discipline, and teamwork. He has undergone specialized training that enables him to respond effectively to emergencies, showing strong problem-solving abilities, steady composure, and a genuine desire to help others.
Outside of work, Bruno loves spending time with his children, watching movies, traveling, and mountain biking. He enjoys staying active and is always seeking new experiences that bring adventure, learning, and personal growth.
Ella Naylor
Property Inspector
Ella is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned her B.S. in Environmental Sciences. Her initial exposure to the industry began at a local brokerage in the East Bay Area working as the receptionist and the assistant market center administrator. She then progressed and became a certified Transaction Coordinator, which forged her true passion for connecting homes and people together.
With three years of industry experience, she went on to earn her real estate license, which she actively uses in the Bay Area outside of her role at DOMA. As a Property Inspector for DOMA, Ella plays a crucial role in ensuring every home meets the company's high standards for quality and comfort.
Outside of real estate, Ella is a dedicated outdoor enthusiast who enjoys skiing, jet-skiing, hiking, and mountain biking. She also finds balance as a homebody, enjoying crafts at home while listening to a good murder mystery podcast.
Kenya Guilarte
Finance & Operations
Kenya earned her degree in Business Administration from Universidad Católica Argentina in Buenos Aires and began her career in finance in Bolivia, where she worked for over two years. In 2019, she pursued a Master’s in Finance at EADA Business School in Barcelona to expand her expertise and professional opportunities.
Since then, Kenya has gained experience in both startups and multinational companies, thriving in the fast-paced, innovative environment of the former and the cultural diversity and growth opportunities of the latter.
Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities such as biking, running, and hiking, as well as group sports like tennis, volleyball, and paddle.
Jaime Mai
Product Designer
Jaime is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she earned dual degrees in Psychology and Sociology. Her career experience spans education, working with children and adolescents, as well as hospitality, giving her a deep understanding of people’s needs and the importance of creating supportive environments.
Passionate about mental health advocacy and DOMA’s mission to bring peace of mind to families, she believes that one’s surroundings play a vital role in overall quality of life.
Outside of DOMA, she works as a UX/UI Designer specializing in website and app design, while also exploring digital media and other creative pursuits.
Santos Tovar
Property Inspector
Santos is a graduate of the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising, where he earned his B.S. in Visual Communications and Business Management. His back-ground reflects a deep understanding of both hospitality and business operations.
He began his career as a Visual Specialist at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA, where he developed a meticulous eye for detail and was trained by industry leaders in crafting exceptional guest experiences.
Santos later expanded his expertise into the banking industry and is also a licensed real estate agent in Fresno County.
As a property inspector with DOMA, he takes pride in ensuring every home meets our standards of quality and comfort, helping create the best possible experience for the families we serve.
Outside of work, Santos spends time with his dogs and family. He is an avid reader and is always looking for a creative endeavor that allows him to work with his hands.
